Plamtar-TBBA is widely used as a reactive Flame retardant in the manufacture of epoxy, phenolic and polycarbonate resins. It is exceptionally suitable where low color and high clarity are mandatory. It is also cost-effective as an additive Flame retardant in applications such as ABS and is an important intermediate in the preparation of more sophisticated Flame retardants.
