| Applications |
Pamsorb-234 is a high molecular weight ultraviolet light absorber. It exhibits strong absorbance in the 300-400 nm regions and minimal absorbance in the visible (above 400nm) of the spectrum.
Pamsorb-234 is particularly suitable for applications characterized by high surface area, such as films and fiber. It protects organic polymers as well as pigments from UV light. Pamsorb-234 has world wide food contract approvals in most polymers and is especially suitable for packaging applications for food, consumer care products and pharmaceuticals. Pamsorb-234 can be used in combination with HALS or antioxidant.
